Another new item we will have is Shoulder Bacon, it is in their opinion a better flavor of bacon.
Then they will have the usual items Ground Beef, sirloin steaks, N.Y.Strips, Boneless Ribeyes, Filet Mignon.
Our pork products are Chops, County Ribs, Sausage (mild, medium, hot, and extra sage) Smoked ham Hocks, Brats and Bacon.
All of their products are FREE of antibiotics, and Growth Stimulates.
