Saturday's Farmer's Market opens up at 9 am and you may shop till 2 pm .

Sorry to announce asparagus season is over for Clark Farms but look at what will be brought to market:

(This is Babette, the blog lady , I attached a photo of what the canna lily roots look like and grow into- I am not sure of the variety being sold but just ask and they will give you that information and how to plant the roots)
Hokhmah Farm - will be bringing Kale, Salad mix, Lettuce, Potato breads, and Eggs.
Hamburg - in front of Liquor Barn site:
Breezepoint Produce will have with beef, salsa, jams, and soap.
Cow U Met Farm: strawberries and hanging baskets
Jane's Garden Flowers and Herbs will have daisies, snapdragons, and a few peonies as well as lettuce and Kale
Kelly's "Kobe " Beef and Herman's Happy Hogs will be at the Liquor Barn (Hamburg ) this Saturday the 21st, with ground beef, Sirloin steaks, N.Y.Strips, Boneless Ribeyes , Filet Mignon as well as Pork Chops, County Ribs, Bacon, & Sausage.
We want to give a big THANKS to all of the BRAVE individuals who came out of their warm environment in supporting us at the Bluegrass Farmers Market (Hamburg Liquor Barn on Saturday the 14th.)
With all of the rain we received this week, I can reassure you that truly helped our hay crop tremendously.
Pennington Farm will have tomatoes heirloom and regular, hanging baskets, cucumbers,squash, zucchini,head lettuce and kale.
Spencer Creek Farm:
Freshly cut lettuce, spinach, swiss chard, radishes , green onions
Tomatoes: Big Beef, Rutgers, San Marzano, Celebrity, Charger, Chocolate Cherry, Defiant, Mountain Merit; many heirlooms (including German Johnson, Brandywine, Prudens Purple, Cherokee Purple)
Hot peppers: (Serrano and Chile Negro)
Okra (Clemson Spineless and Red Burgundy varieties)
Cucumbers (National Pickling and Straight 8 varieties)
Squashes (Spaghetti, Butternut, Yellow, Zucchini),
Herbs (cilantro, oregano, thyme, cinnamon basil, mint, chamomile, anise hyssop)
Flowers: Celosia, Yarrow (a perennial), Gomphrena, Strawflower, Marigold, Sunflowers, Tropical milkweed (host plant for monarch butterfly)
Triple Farm Organic will have dill, cilantro, basil, lettuce, kale, mizuna and swiss chard a small amount of cucumbers too.
Tomatoes,Etc.will have many different heirloom tomato & pepper transplants as well as cutting celery, chive and lettuce-leaf basil plants
